December Lab Spotlight: Zen Mondays from 3:30-4:30 December 2, December 9, December 16 Picture this- soothing sounds, a cozy fireplace, a big blanket, and soft pillows. Enjoy relaxation guided by a yoga instructor plus, time to do what best soothes you. Maybe the selection of squishy fidgets or the sensory bin is your style. Perhaps you would rather lay down with a weighted eye mask. You might want to enjoy the coloring station with a selection of colored pencils and fine-point markers. Welcome to our three-session workshop where participants will decompress and enjoy the soothing experience of spa-like experiences such as meditation, aromatherapy, and herbal tea. Participants will get time to do less and practice being present and mindful, improving their mental and physical health to better tackle the external pressures in their life. This therapeutic offering allows for much needed chill time!
