At Arboro, we all grow together.

Our team is made up of a brilliant crew of individuals passionate about empowering others.  They are multi-talented and care deeply about providing high-quality services and classes.  

What’s different about Arboro’s coaches compared to teachers in a school?  They are contracted workers, meaning they are self-employed and they choose to share their talents with us.  Unlike schools, they are not given a curriculum to follow.  Instead, they get to propose offerings to us based on their unique gifts.  Then, we get to spread the word and share our space with them and with you.  Curating connections is a core value at Arboro.

It also means that they have creative control and get to develop their craft as they design unique, quality experiences for kids and grown-ups.  Plus, they get to grow professionally and personally through access to support and feedback facilitated by Arboro.  That’s right, empowerment for everyone.  

Our unique style of coaching offers voice and choice for grown-ups too.  We will regularly ask if there are other classes or offerings you are interested in seeing at Arboro.  When we learn what you want, we get to add new coaches to our roster, further expanding our offerings.
