Beyond Body Positivity shows moms how to harness the mother-daughter relationship to help their daughters build healthy body image and foundational wellness behaviors beginning early in life and through late childhood (3 to 10 years of age), a period when key developmental milestones take place.
Janet Boseovski, Ph.D (a developmental psychologist), and Ashleigh Gallagher, Ph.D (a social psychologist) bring together their expertise to equip moms with actionable tools that are science-based, practical, and tailored to girls’ developmental level. In the process of supporting their daughters, moms will also gain insight and tips to improve their own body image.
