About Arboro
Students will engage in reading Fairy Tales and Folktales in a Reader’s Theater format to practice public speaking, acting, fluent reading (expression, accuracy, pacing) and to have fun! There will be opportunities to create props, design costumes, and more!
Camp will run Monday-Friday from 9:00-12:00. Please pack a snack and a filled water bottle each day!
Meet the Teacher:
has been teaching for 11 years. She has taught Kinder, 1st, and 2nd grade. She enjoys traveling, music, concerts, and laughing. Teaching a Greek Myths unit with her second graders has been a favorite for several years now. As a child, she used to want to be on Saturday Night Live. She has zero formal acting experience. She is a mother to a two year old and eighteen year old.Alice
