About the event

Are you tired of feeling constantly overwhelmed and exhausted, struggling to keep up with the demands of life as a Grown-up? Join us for "From Burnout to Balanced: Prioritize What Matters Most," an interactive workshop hosted in partnership with Sheree Rodgers, Life & Mom Coach. In this transformative workshop, you'll confront the relentless cycle of overwhelm and frustration head-on. You'll clear mental clutter, assess your current state, and align your actions with your core values to create a personalized action plan to move forward with purpose. Don't let burnout define your journey. By focusing on what matters most, you'll experience a profound shift in your life, leading to greater joy, fulfillment, and overall improvement in all areas of your life.  Register now to reserve your spot and take the first powerful step towards reclaiming your balance and living with intention.

Meet Sheree:  Before any of her roles, Sheree is energetic, spirited and full of life.  Sheree Rodgers is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Positive Intelligence (PQ)® Coach who specializes in mental wellness for moms. As a wife and mother of three, she is passionate about helping mentally exhausted moms find peace and regain control through her 12-week group coaching program, Calm in the Chaos. Her mission is to inspire moms to design and own their motherhood and pursue purpose-filled passions.

In addition to coaching, Sheree is a speaker and host of Motherhood Unplugged. When she's not serving moms, you might find her having her own private dance party or binge-watching the latest season of reality dating shows on Netflix.
