About the event
In this Fun Friday session, we are going to put our creativity to work to make our own solar ovens. We will practice cool ways to use solar energy to make the yummiest s’mores with oozing marshmallows and warm chocolate sandwiched between 2 delicious graham crackers.Â
Get signed up so we can get this (solar) energy cookin’!
Please pack a filled water bottle and a snack (no nuts please!). This camp is geared for ages 5-12!Â
Meet the Coach:
My name is Brittany Jones and I am currently a 2nd grade teacher at Guilford County Schools. Iattended High Point University, where Ireceived my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and my Master of Education in Elementary Education with a concentration in STEM. When I am not in the classroom, I am running my business, decorating custom sugar cookies, cakes, and treats!
