Arboro Empowered is excited to partner with Blowouts & Bubbles for an eventful afternoon learning the techniques of French & Bubble Hair Braiding! This event is open to the community and a perfect opportunity for Parents, Siblings, and Friends to bond over learning new techniques while practicing self-care!
