For the parents who do their research
Arboro Empowered matches you to an individually reviewed, credentialed provider, so parents who do their research never have to wonder if they landed in the right hands.

Most parents we talk to have already done the research. They know the options in town, they've read the reviews, they've maybe tried one program that didn't quite fit. What they haven't found is someone who can tell them, with confidence, exactly who should be working with their child and why. That's what Arboro does.
We gather the information that matters from the providers. When a family comes to us, we match their child to the right person before the first appointment. No intake form that leads to a generic program. Just a clear answer.
At Arboro, you're going to get honesty. You don't have to question if we are getting some kind of financial kickback for every referral (we're not). You don't have to wonder if we are letting AI do the work for us (we're not). You aren't concerned about an ulterior motive behind a match (there is none). A match is successful when it's a win-win for the provider and the family. That is the win for us. Sometimes the matches happen in-house if the best fit happens to provide services in our building. Sometimes they will be at a different location. We select based on the best fit for the family. Period.
How do we make selections? We have a fully transparent process called the Provider Network. Anyone can see what we ask of the providers who are open to receiving matches.
Why don't we publish the provider's responses? Updates happen so frequently; we would have to spend all of our time updating new insurance options, who has a waitlist, who is available, what new services they offer... It's the equivalent of managing business details for every provider in our network, and because we are lucky to have so many providers trusting us with their information, it would be overwhelming and keep us from the important work of matching families and providing quality services ourselves. Maybe in the future we'll get there, but not yet.
Plus, we want to help reduce decision fatigue for families. If you saw every provider in our database, it might feel like another version of a Google search, and there is nothing personalized about that. Plus, who has time for the process of "pricing and availability available upon request' for each person they discover?!
