Resource Spotlight- Raising Good Humans: A Mindful Guide to Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Parenting and Raising Kind, Confident Kids It is optional to read and bring the book. Think of it as a supplemental element to the book club for those wanting a little more. Groups feature a mix of parents who share ideas from the book and those who are sharing ideas from life itself.
