Members of the DUCK Lab will be at Arboro Empowered during Tuesday Talks to offer childcare while you attend your session! The DUCK Lab is based in the Psychology department at UNCG, and we investigate how young children develop cognitively and socially. While you attend the talks, we'll also be offering the chance for your child to get involved in some of our fun research games and activities. Our research explores how children think about the world around them, and our findings are relevant to educational policies and programs that are aimed at improving children's lives. We currently have some activities open for 4-year-old boys and 5- to 10-year-olds, and will be happy to tell you more about these opportunities if you're interested!
